Adrianna Tan<\/strong> is the founder of Culture Kitchen<\/a>, a social initiative to gather people from all walks of life, all nationalities and cultures, and all languages and beliefs, to bond and celebrate Singapore’s diversity over a meal.<\/p>\n

The best part about organising events in Singapore is<\/strong> people are really passionate about causes; you just have to press the right buttons<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The thorn in our flesh when organising events is<\/strong> permits, licensing and the general inability to interface with the public without a ton of paperwork<\/em> but we nipped it in the bud through<\/strong> general resourcefulness and ingenuity.<\/em><\/p>\n

Open collaboration<\/em> is #HomeGrownSG to me!<\/strong> Everything amazing about Singapore comes from fusion, learning and sharing. Such as our food. Like this “homok”, a Thai otah curry in a coconut. <\/em><\/p>\n
