Click on \u201c<strong>More<\/strong>\u201d at the top right corner and select \u201c<strong>Cancel Event<\/strong>\u201d. Click \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d to proceed with the cancellation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/Uudih7m9Y9yb7QAniU4v8Ws3ckoiGJ_M92VQGa7amJzwcQoQWvOCDIfEHZ6ulGkkrjpwspmzCag1owe7b_5cbehzhx8Pr1i6iYx8PTU7Hm5KQC0wxyTbbCt62kaNBqY0I52iKZVI\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Upon cancellation, all purchased tickets will automatically be <strong>refunded <\/strong>to the attendees and they will receive an email notifying them of the event cancellation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Cancellation fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Peatix will not charge a cancellation fee for events cancelled under these conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If you are cancelling an event with only free tickets<\/li><li>If you are cancelling an event where paid tickets have been sold in the last 50 days<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, <strong>a cancellation fee of SGD 5 per transaction<\/strong> applies for <strong>tickets that have been purchased for more than 50 days<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should your event fall under the latter category or if you require further clarifications regarding the potential cancellation fees, please feel free to reach out to us at <a href=\"https:\/\/peatix.com\/contact\">https:\/\/peatix.com\/contact<\/a> and we will be happy to assist you from there.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Refund process<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be handled by the credit card company that was used for the purchase of the tickets. The process period may vary, depending on the cutoff date of the card used.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Postponing your event<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To make changes to your event date &amp; time <strong>after<\/strong> your event page has been published, you can reach out to us at <a href=\"https:\/\/peatix.com\/contact\">https:\/\/peatix.com\/contact<\/a> and we will be happy to help with the necessary amendments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, before you decide to go ahead with a postponement for your event, please ensure you have the alternative date in mind, otherwise, we would strongly encourage that you cancel the event (following the steps above) and proceed with creating a new event page only upon finalising the updated details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Continuing with your event<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Planning to go ahead with your event? While there may be no changes required to your event page, we highly encourage organizers to implement precaution checks and measures to keep everyone safe.
