1. ART – The Ghost of Sister Ping Exhibition Opening
How well do you know the ghosts in Chinese folklore? Venture through The Ghost of Sister Ping, an art work and multi-media installation based on a reinterpretation of historical Chinese ghost fictions. Learn more about the frustrated romance of young academic lecturer, Sister Ping and join in her love journey, feeling her love affair more closely by touching her clothes and peeping into the bedroom of her ex-lover, who deserted her for a male lover and homme fatale.

2. STORYTELLING – Hong Kong Stories Presents After Dark
In the moonlight, behind the shadows, at the break of dawn — all the best tales take place AFTER DARK. Join Hong Kong Stories for a night of amazing stories that take place once the sun is down. This live, first person storytelling show will take you on a journey — from spooky to sexy, bump-in-the-night to bump n’ grind, stumbling blindly to dancing in the dark.

3. FILM – The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Find horror and humour in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, a 1975 musical science fiction comedy horror film directed by Jim Sharman. The production is a parody tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 1930s through to the early 1970s. The story brings us to encounters with a mad scientist who actually is an alien transvestite and other strangers in elaborate costumes in a castle for an annual convention.

5. HERITAGE – Explore Happy Valley Cemeteries with Jason Wordie Walks
Forget fake costumes, brave a graveyard walk instead! If you are interested in Hong Kong’s history, explore Happy Valley Cemeteries with Jason Wordie Walks. Happy Valley contains one of Hong Kong Island’s most unexpected urban contradictions. Just across the way from the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s racetrack, a picturesque string of cemeteries accommodates the dead of various religions.

7. RUN – HalloweenStreetathon
One for the fitness obsessed. Come in costumes and celebrate Halloween by running across the districts in Kowloon East, at the HalloweenStreetathon. Expect outdoor live music shows, F&B refreshments, face painting etc. in this carnival style event. Bonus: Raise funds for two beneficiaries Youth.ROC, which aims at transforming life through running, and Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society.
