One bright sunny weekend, a bunch of 10 photography-loving locals armed with smartphones and the Instagram app met for a walkabout around one of Singapore’s older yet charmingly quaint neighbourhoods, Dakota Crescent.
What they saw draws us back to the warmth of Singapore’s nostalgic old-world charm. In a fast-paced bustling city of modern skyscrapers, these 18 photos are strangely therapeutic.
Dakota Crescent remains to be a place that reminds us of Singapore’s early beginnings in building community amongst all races through housing developments, and our harmonious society is a wonderful testament to that.
