In our commitment to improve and uphold our standards of service, we will be adjusting our fee structure, effective August 1, 2024.

Fee Revision Details

Starting from August 1, 2024, the fee for organizing events on Peatix will be revised to 4.9% + 0.99 SGD per ticket for events in Singapore and 4.9% + 1.99 MYR for events in Malaysia. This refined fee structure encompasses all payment processing and platform charges. As always, we maintain zero cost for free events, no registration fees and no additional fees for ticket buyers. 

Why the Change?

We understand that any alteration in pricing may raise questions, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after meticulous consideration of various factors. Market trends, operational costs, and invaluable feedback from our esteemed community have all played pivotal roles in shaping this adjustment.

Recommended Action

This fee adjustment will exclusively apply to event pages published after July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM SGT/MYT. Event pages published before this deadline will continue to adhere to the previous fee structure of 5%. If you have upcoming events in the pipeline, we encourage you to seize this opportunity and publish your event pages before the fee change takes effect.
