Peatix has always been about the convenience of e-tickets on your mobile and an online ticketing experience.

In line with that aim, Peatix will no longer attach PDF tickets to the confirmation emails. You can still easily access your tickets via your account online (on your desktop, laptop or mobile) and your mobile app. To view your tickets anytime, login to Peatix and navigate to ‘View Ticket’.

If you need a printed ticket, print the ticket page and bring it to your event. Try the free Peatix mobile app (iOS or Android) – your electronic tickets are automatically stored there. We have made this update based on community feedback about PDF download and Adobe Reader issues.
